Rakai Health Sciences Program (RHSP) is seeking qualified Enrolled Nurses to support field-based research activities in Kalisizo. The successful candidates will conduct participant recruitment, obtain informed consent, provide health education and HIV counselling, collect biological specimens, perform clinical referrals, and ensure accurate and timely data collection in accordance with approved study protocols, ethical standards, and infection prevention procedures.
Working under the supervision of the research team, the Research Assistant – Enrolled Nurse will support participant follow-up, maintain confidentiality, contribute to high-quality research documentation, and assist with community-based research activities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, fluency in Luganda, and a commitment to ethical research and quality healthcare delivery.
